Great Skate / GreatSkate.com Hockey Equipment Warranty Policy.

The consumer’s proof of purchase must accompany all claims. Great Skate reserves the right to repair or replace, at our option, any product determined to be defective. If, in Great Skate’s determination, product failure is due to accident, abuse, negligence or abnormal use, the product will not be covered by this or any other warranty. This warranty is expressly declared to be given in lieu of all other warranties expressed or implied on Great Skate’s part. No person is authorized to give an additional warranty in connection with the sale of Bauer, CCM, Vaughn & Warrior  products. University and College team sales are excluded from this warranty.

OPS STICKS & COMPOSITE SHAFT WARRANTY

OPS Sticks and Composite Shafts (Player and Goalie) are warranted against manufacturing defects for a period of thirty (30) days from the date of sale to the consumer when used as intended under normal use and without alterations.

SKATE WARRANTY

Skates are warranted against manufacturing defects and workmanship under normal use and maintenance for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of sale to the consumer when used as intended under normal use and alterations.

Boot:90 Days from the consumer date of purchase

Skate Blades:90 Days from the consumer date of purchase

Skate Holders:365 Days from the consumer date of purchase

*Note excluding hardware, eyelets, rivets

HELMET WARRANTY

Helmets are warrantied to be free from manufacturing defects and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase when used as intended under normal use and without alterations.

Please do not remove or damage the HECC and CSA labels on your equipment. Damage to and/or removal of the HECC and CSA labels on helmets, face masks and visors voids the certification. This could result in a player being prevented from playing by officials. Unfortunately, HECC, CSA and the helmet manufacturer cannot replace labels on a helmet.

PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT WARRANTY

Protective Equipment (Player and Goalie) are warranted against manufacturing defects and workmanship under normal use and maintenance for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of sale to the consumer when used as intended under normal use and without alterations. BAG WARRANTY

Bags are warranted against manufacturing defects and workmanship under normal use and maintenance for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of sale to the consumer when used as intended under normal use and without alterations.

 

Please note all warranty claims if purchased at Great Skate or Greatskate.com must come back to us. With the exception of Composite Hockey / Goalie Sticks (Manufacture Direct)
