What determines The Proper Fit For Elbow Pads?
The players elbow should fit comfortable into the center of the elbow pad cup.
Also, a good elbow pad will provide forearm protection which extends down to bear the cuff of the player's hockey glove.
To get the proper measurement for the elbow pads, you must have the persons arm bent at 'L' shape. Take the measurement from his/her mid biecpt to elbow, then take the measurement from his/her elbow to mid forearm.
