Once you have received a product and you do not want it for any reason, please send it back to us for a refund or an exchange.
Simply fill out the enclosed return form on the back of your invoice and return the product(s) to us.
Exchanges will be processed within 48 hours (most are re-shipped the same day!).
We have a money back guarantee for all items returned unused within 30 days of shipment.
All items are guaranteed by each applicable manufacturer.
If an item is defective after use, Great Skate will repair or replace the item after inspection.
Our inspection department must see the item before any decision can be made.
All shortages must be made upon receipt of the goods.
Freight and Handling charges are non-refundable. If you have purchased over $75.00 and received free shipping but do not wish to keep the product you ordered, the freight charges will be deducted from total upon returning the item.
